    Mercedes-AMG S 63 4MATIC Cabriolet “Edition 130”

    13. January 2016

Mercedes-Benz has a good reason to celebrate. Carl Benz and Gottlieb Daimler invented the automobile in 1886. Mercedes-Benz’s AMG brand is now celebrating this 130th anniversary with the exclusive special edition Mercedes-AMG S 63 4MATIC Cabriolet “Edition 130”.

The special edition was presented at the North America International Auto Show in Detroit and thus makes its world premiere. The AMG 4Matic S 63 is especially characterized by its special interior und exterior features.

This open four-seater features a paint finish in the special color “Alubeam silver”, a dark red fabric top and matt black 20-inch 10-spoke wheels. Mercedes-AMG honours the founding fathers with this highly exclusive cabriolet. The first automobiles from Benz and Daimler were open vehicles, too.

In addition to the impressive exterior and interior, the “130 Edition” also focuses on a powerful 5.5-liter V8 biturbo engine with 585 hp. This allows an acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.9 seconds.

By the way, you better hurry up if you’re interested in getting one of them since this model is limited to only 130 vehicles.
