    Germany’s Smallest and Coziest Bar

    11. August 2015

What’s the canvas to the painter, is the room to German design studio Hidden Fortress. Founded it 2013 the team consisting of the designers January Maley, Björn Meier and Ingo Strobel develop design solutions and make design a sustainable experience.

This is exactly what they did with the Seven Swans & The Tiny Cup. They proved their expertise inside Frankfurt’s narrowest building, creating a bar with a real feel-good factor in a very confined space. According to their own statement the had to redefine the phrase „reduced to the max“, which they seem to have mastered quite successfully. Covering a total area of about 17m² there is space for a total of 15 guests – 7 at the bar and 6 on the opposite wall. The whole bar equipment and everything needed to serve a good cocktail is right behind the counter: two refrigerators, a freezer, a glasswasher and double sinks. There is even a basement, which can be used as private, work, presentation or club room.

It’s safe to say that this bar is in all probability Germany’s smallest and coziest bar.
inks. Even a basement that can be used as residential, work, presentation or club room is available.
