The iconic Highlander yacht, which was originally built in 1986 for none other than Malcom Forbes just completed a major refit and is now available for charter. Malcom Forbes who is known for his extravant lifestyle welcomed some of the most important people like Margaret Thatcher, Ronald Reagan, Robert de Niro, Mick Jagger, Paul McCartney and many more as his guests.
The superyacht measures 162 feet in length and has a cruising speed of 13 knots. Furthermore the lavish vessel features 6 luxurious staterooms that can accommodate up to 12 guests, a Jacuzzi, gym, helipad, kayaks and snorkelling gear and sails with eleven crew members. Roberto de Guardiola recently acquired her and gave her a major overhaul which included interior changes, lengthening of the hull, major mechanical and navigational revamp.
