It is located in Los Angeles, California and was the home ofCandy Spelling – widow of the TV titan and mother of actress Tori Spelling. The mansion offers many amenities that ensure a luxurious life such as four garages, an orchard, a bowling alley, a tennis court, a swimming pool, a skating rink, a gym and three kitchens.
Candy has been trying to sell her famous 57,000 square-foot mansion, known as “The Manor”, for years and refused to budge on her asking price of $150 million, which seemed a little crazy when real estate prices were falling but her persistence has apparently paid off. The 22-year old U.K. heiress Petra Ecclestone has decided to buy “The Manor” with its famous gift-wrapping room and doll museum.
