The World’s Most Expensive Penthouse in Monaco costs $400 Million Dollar

    25. October 2014

Due to mild temperatures, the magnificent backdrop and tax privileges, Monaco is home to many world’s millionaires and billionaires.

The sunny state on the Côte d’Azur is also the home of the “Tour Odeón” – a modern skyscraper that would rather be expected to be located in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. However, Monte Carlo was not impressed by the buildings of the Arab Emirates and built the most expensive apartment in the world on top of the skyscraper.

The “Tour Odeón” is the first skyscraper built in Monaco since the 1980s and measures a total height of 170m. The incredible penthouse at the 5 upper floors of the property covers an impressive area of 3530.3m² and is estimated to have a record price tag of $400 million dollars. With this price the luxury penthouse receives the title of the most expensive apartments in the world. The entire building is still under construction though. More details such as potential buyers are not known yet. We suspect it will be a billionaire.
