Amazing Tribeca Loft by Andrew Franz Architect

    10. February 2015

Studio-based design firm Andrew Franz Architect PLLC did a stunning job turning a warehouse from 1884 into a cozy, sunlight showered loft with open entertaining zones and a fluid connection between indoor and outdoor areas. The created home features clean contemporary lines combined with rustic wooden columns and raw brick walls making it a visual discourse between new and old. This masterpiece is located in Tribeca, Manhatten and offers some pretty nice views over N.Y. from its roof terrace.
