L.A. based design firm McClean Design have designed and completed numerous projects along the Californian coast. The Hollywood Hills Residence is a remodel of an existing home from 1970. Being in a pretty bad shape, McClean Design stripped down the house to its framing and did what they always do. They redesigned and rebuild everything in a contemporary manner. In contrast to most other houses in the Hollywood Hills this home is laid out on only one level. It features 3 bedrooms, a spacious living and dining room, as well as a small screening room, gym and unparalleled views over L.A.
