Designer Donna Karan sells her long-time retreat on Parrot Cay Island, a caribbean dream island belonging to the Turks and Caicos islands. She acquired the dreamy 4 hectares of land with several mansions in 2002 and is now selling nearly 3 acres of it for a price of $39 million dollars.
The property for sale has two guest houses which are located around a central dining area.
