John Mayer sells his $3.9 Million Dollar Apartment in SoHo

Grammy Award-winner and musician John Mayer sold his New York City home in SoHo. The apartment disposes of a living space of more than 185m² (2,000 sq. ft.), two bedrooms, three bathrooms, a floor made of Brazilian walnut wood, an incredible view over the skyline of New York City and was sold for $3.9 million dollars. Thus, Mayer made ​​a nice profit. In 2005 he bought the apartment for only $2.17 million.

The building comes with a 24 hour concierge service and a sensational roof terrace. According to rumors, actress Dokota Fanning is also living in the same building.
