    Rupert Murdoch pays $57M for a four-floor Penthouse in Manhattan

    News Corp. Founder and CEO Rupert Murdoch (82 ) is one of the most powerful media moguls of our time. His fortune is estimated at $13.4 billion dollar. He does not hesitate to present the prosperity that comes with. The media tycoon lost his Fifth Ave. residence in his divorce from Wendi Deng and decided to invest $57,25 millon dollar for a even bigger one.

    The penthouse at the top of One Madison Building extends across a total of 4 floors and has a total living area of approx. 929m². The modern  high-quality facilities as well as the variety of areas, such as theprivate pool, the spa and the fitness center provide the desired retreat from his everyday activities. Highlights of the sensational property are the elevator and the priceless 360° view over Manhattan.

    Murdoch is not the only known notable resident of the One Madison Building. Peter Buffet, son of the world’s fourth-richest men, Warren Buffet, owned the 18th floor, which he sold in 2012 for $4.25 million. Furthermore, the dream couple Tom Brady and Giselle Bundchen inhabit the 49th floor, which they bought for an estimated price of $ 14 million dollars last year.
