The Crescent House by Wallace Cunningham

    17. February 2014

The contemporary ‘Crescent House’ was designed by architect Wallace Cunningham and is currently up for sale for $11,75 million. Located on the ocean frontage in Encinitas, a seaside village of San Diego County, the 7,500-square-foot beachfront home features four bedrooms, four full and two half bathrooms, a two-car garage, a gym and an elevator. Concrete, steel and glass dominate the design.

Inspired by the moon and the views the home offers the first thing visitors see when entering the beautiful home is an infinite pool which is shaped like a crescent moon, wrapped around a circular terrace – hence the name ‘Crescent House’. The rooms are flooded with light due to the floor-to-ceiling windows.

The listing agent is Douglas Harwood of Coldwell Banker.
