    The New BMW S 1000 RR x Pure Racing-Power

    23. December 2014

The new bavarian superbike BMW S 1000 RR was celebrating its world premiere at the Intermot 2014 motorcycle fair in cologne. After five years of production the 2015 model appears upgraded, optimized and more user-friendly.

At the international press launch in Sevilla, Spain, we had the chance to exlusively experience the power and performance of the revised Superbike. In facts: 199 hp, 113 NM, 999 cc, fully adjustable DTC, Racing ABS, electronically adjustable suspension, titanium valves and from 0 to 100 km/h in just under 3 seconds.

These values provide a significantly improved performance and an indescribable driving experience in everyday life as well as on the racetrack. Special feature: The S 1000 RR is the first superbike with electronic speed control that ensures compliance with any speed limit. This little extra transforms the superbike into a road-ready beast.

Even the look of the S 1000 RR is impressive. The body has been completely redesigned compared to its predecessor and has much more dynamic. The asymmetrical headlamp assembly remains as on previous models, but receives a new positioning and shaping.

The sporty and aggressive look is emphasized by a color concept with three very individual variants: Racingred uni / Lightwhite uni, Blackstorm metallic and the variant of BMW Motorsport.

The 2015 BMW S 1000 RR will be available with a base price of 17,200 euros in early January.
