Ocean View Home in Ibiza by SAOTA & ARRCC

This luxury ocean view home was designed by famous architect office SAOTA and interior designers ARRCC, formerly Antoni Associates, in 2014. The contemporary home is located in Ibiza, Spain and situated on an exclusive residential estate, called Roca Llisa. Offering breathtaking views of the ocean and the island of Formentera, the light-flooded three-level house got a complete makeover by the architects.

“From the bones of the existing villa, the clients asked us to create a contemporary Ibiza-style home that would allow for intimate, casual family living, as well as extensive entertaining of large groups of friends. The complete renovation included additional accommodation in the form of guest rooms,” says Mark Rielly, partner at ARRCC.

The use of organic materials, like timber and stone, and a naturally inspired color palette help incorporating the residence into the natural surroundings and adding warmth and depth to the minimal interior. Most of the furniture were supplied by OKHA, a Interior Design & Décor Studio based in Cape Town South Africa,
