Rolex has unveiled a new steel version of the Oyster Perpetual Cosmograph Daytona, to be presented at Basel World 2016 for the first time.
After 50 years the iconic Rolex Daytona is one of the most famous and sought after chronographs in the world. The new model features a black cerachrom bezel developed and patented by Rolex and combines advanced technology with sporty-chic aesthetics. The new cerachrom bezel has many advantages. Because of its hardness, it is not only scratch resistant but also UV and corrosion resistant. With the new Cerachrom bezel the traditional watch brand also responds to the desire of many Daytona lovers.
The new Oyster Perpetual Cosmograph Daytona will cost about €10,600. An official launch has not been announced yet. However, you can expect to find yourself on a long waiting list to get your hands on this one.
